Join fellow canine enthusiasts (over zoom!) for an introduction to mindfulness where we let our love for dogs train us. These sessions will feature mindfulness instruction, group sharing, and guided meditation. Also, dogs.
No meditation experience is required.

Week 1 Monday October 3: Introduction to Mindfulness - "Come"
Week 2 Monday October 10: Paying attention to the body - "Sit and stay"
Week 3 October 17: Gratitude "Who's happy to see you?!"
Week 4 October 24: Compassion "What would your dog say about you?"
