Remembering *why* we write: a mindful pause during NANOWRIMO

A dogged writer

As part of National Novel Writing Month (charmingly known as NANORIMO), this mindfulness for writers session is designed to help you reconnect with why you love to write, even if you sometimes forget.

This class will include group reflection, a mindfulness meditation, and a small group sharing to help us remember why we write, normalize its frustrations, and support each other in expressing our creativity through the pen (or, more likely, keyboard).

No experience with mindfulness or meditation required.

In order to be accessible to all, this class is freely offered -- and donations of $5-$15 are appreciated if you find value in this offering.
