Monthly insight meditation at work (virtual, free, open to federal employees)

Taking a pause, in this complex, fast, and sometimes disorienting world, is a radical act. But that pause allows us to make contact with our own innate knowing and act with more compassion and kindness towards others and ourselves. These sessions will involve a combination of mindful movement, guided meditation , and opportunities for sharing.

Insight meditation is a science-backed tool mindfulness practice that focuses on cultivating insights into our daily experience and how we are relating to it.

This class is free for federal employees with a .gov email address.
