About Me

Hi, I’m Alex! I help leaders and teams in large organizations integrate mindfulness, authentic connection, and belonging into everyday work—not as a checkbox, but as a sustainable practice.

By day, I’m a Strategy Lead at the General Services Administration (GSA), leading a team focused on improving how government works. Previously, I worked as a diplomat at the State Department and World Bank where I’ve felt the joys and sorrows of large organizations.

I’ve facilitated dozens of workshops, trainings, and retreats—both inside and outside government—on mindfulness, authentic relating, and human-centered leadership. I’m also a contributing writer for Psychology Today and how wrote dozens of articles about how to bring a more mindful and human approach to our lives and workplaces.

Outside work, I love cooking, being outdoors, dancing in too many forms and embarrassing Walnut, my rescue pup.
