Public Service Suppers
A Simple Way to Connect
What: Public Service Suppers is an experiment to bring public servants (and other mission-driven professionals) together over food and conversation in this uncertain time. Inspired by The Dinner Party, these low-stress, volunteer-hosted gatherings will offer space to connect and simply be seen—without pressure to network, problem-solve, or take action.
Why: Public service and fields like international development, environment, and so many others feel more isolating than ever. Job uncertainty, and the relentless news cycle make it easy to forget what truly matters. This is a chance to slow down, share a meal, and remember both our deeper purpose and that we’re not alone.
Who: Current and former public servants, contractors, grantees, and mission-driven professionals looking for connection and support. Guests and hosts both needed!
