I only slowed down when I ran out of other options. In 2017, a bike accident left me with a concussion, years of brain fog, and exhaustion. My default—rushing through life, work, and relationships—stopped working.

Slowing down didn’t just help me heal, it changed everything. It showed me what I miss when I rush, and what’s possible when I pause, stay curious, and be present.

Since then, I’ve helped individuals and teams tap into the wisdom that becomes oh-so-clear when we slow down.
