Mindful Sundays @ Doubles

Mindfulness - being aware of what's happening and how we are relating to it - can help us tap into joy, gratitude, and be content amidst the ups and downs of life, Sunday Scaries included.

Join us every Sunday for a mindful pause before we tear through our Sundays like maniacs. Sessions will include mindful sharing, a guided mindfulness meditation, and a chance to connect with like minded humans. And, yes, coffee.

No experience with meditation or mindfulness required.

This class is offered freely and your presence is the most important contribution. If you find value in this offering, please consider a $10 donation via eventbrite or Venmo (@alex-snider), 100% of which will go to a local charity.
